  • how to communicate in a relationship

  • how to claim your own space and give it to others

  • techniques suitable for couples’ problems

  • techniques suitable for acquaintances, friends, and work relationships

  • how to practice mental hygiene and self-care when you are constantly helping others

  • how to say “I’m sorry to hear that”, or ”I'm sorry" and not feel defeated but relaxed and at ease

  • how to respect others even when you disagree with them or when they disagree with you

 

Hypnotherapy will be the biggest help, but also other therapeutic techniques. Why hypnotherapy?

Our mind wants to protect us at all costs. But sometimes, paradoxically, this prevents us from solving our problems and breaking dysfunctional patterns. In hypnosis or trance, our conscious mind relaxes, and the inner wisdom comes into play. And this is often the key that opens new doors in our lives and moves us where we have long wanted to go but could not.



  • You will learn to recognize when you or the people you are communicating with are entering a natural trance state.

  • You will be shown how to help someone in a crisis or challenging situation effectively.

  • You will learn how to ask the right questions and smoothly enter into your partner's monologue so that you both shift and feel comfortable with the conversation.

  • You will learn techniques to help you clear the "emotional buildup" of difficult discussions and situations.

  • You will try out all the therapeutic techniques in both giving and receiving roles, working individually and in groups
