INNER POLARITY: Star Sapphire Energywork

Every polarity is vital and alive because of the exchange of energy between two extremes. The existence of each pole is significant because of its opposing element.
Life happens because of the movement between day and night; music happens through the interplay of sound and silence. Similarly, the inner polarity gives vitality and life to our human experience through the interaction between our "male" and "female" energies.

As children, this rhythm of energy and expression was natural because we had no conceptions or ideas about it. As we grew older, we learned and became conditioned to reject internal contradictions, becoming identified with goals and a personality that prioritized one side over the other, eventually causing deep-seated stress and tension that manifests in three fundamental areas of life: work, relationships, and presence.

Star Sapphire Energywork has unique processes and tools that works on these areas - combining energywork, meditation and therapy to explore the interaction and expression of these two energies within ourselves. How they influence and mirror our external relationships, our attitude towards work and creativity, as well as our level of satisfaction in life. This begins to surface and heal imbalances, attachments, conditionings, and hidden truths.

The natural integration of the rhythm between the two poles allows for relaxation and helps our minds let go of what is no longer needed. When we truly include each part of ourselves, we experience a more balanced, creative, and embodied expression of who we are — in our jobs, our relationships and in our life's journey.

What is Energywork?

By working through the body, spontaneous movement, energy, sensations, and emotions, energywork leads to experiencing the dual qualities of energy that exist within us. This allows us to break free from the inhibitions and restrictions created by our minds and beliefs, giving us greater awareness and a deeper quality of presence and meditation. It seems paradoxical that working with a duality of energies helps us disidentify from both sides—but this is exactly what happens—subsequently opening us to wholeness, fulfillment, vitality, and deeper life satisfaction.
