Meditation Leader Training
A Star Sapphire Approach
‘There is nothing more significant than sharing truth, love, meditation.
You will learn much by helping people to meditate."
Osho
There is a surprising richness to the art of leading Osho’s active meditations.
In this training we will dive deep into the whole spectrum of his techniques. We will
use the Star Sapphire approach, a method which approaches the meditations from a state of presence, as well as supporting presence in the participants.
Things you will learn include;
• A deeper exploration of the principals behind the instructions that Osho has
given.
• How to communicate the essence of each meditation.
• How to hold the space for the meditators.
• Practise in how to answer questions.
• Fundamentals of meditation leading in general.
• How you in particular can bring the instructions alive with the vitality of your own
experience, and the secret of doing this by relaxing into your own presence, not
by imposing your personality.
This training will be a mixture of friendly individual supervision, partner work and
some theoretical teaching. Furthermore, you will experience the healing that actual participation in the meditations can bring. It is your own journey as well as learning how to work with others.
Some of the meditations we will cover are Dynamic ( in especial depth ), Kundalini,
Mandala, Nataraj, Nadabrahma, Gourishankar, Mahamudra, Devavani, Prayer,
Gibberish, Chakra breathing, Chakra sounds, No-dimensions, Heart Chakra.
We would like everyone to pick one of these and do it for 21 days , keep a diary and
a list of any questions that come to you.

the meditation from the time you book.
‘You will be surprised that when you start helping people you are
learning many things about meditation that you were not aware of. You
knew them, but only when you start teaching people do you become aware,
because then you have to articulate many things which may be just deep
in the unconscious somewhere lurking like shadows. You have to bring
them up, you have to verbalise them, you have to give them form. And
suddenly when you give them a form you also become aware that you have
known this, but you were not aware of it.
The best way to learn meditation is to teach it.’
